Luxury EpoxyEpoxy Flooring
About us

Flooring built to last its full expected life

We are a specialist resin flooring contractor working across Bangladesh - and we are unusually strict about what happens before the coating goes down.

Who we are

A contractor that specifies honestly

We are a specialist epoxy and resin flooring contractor working across Bangladesh. Our work spans industrial plants and warehouses through to showrooms, hospitals and private residences - projects where the floor has to perform under real conditions, not just look right on the day it is handed over.

Every installation is carried out by our own trained applicators rather than subcontracted labour. That is a deliberate decision: resin flooring is unforgiving of shortcuts, and the quality of a floor five years from now is decided by how carefully the concrete was prepared and how precisely the material was mixed and laid.

We specify honestly. If a cheaper system will do the job properly we will say so, and if a slab needs more preparation than a client expected we will explain why before quoting rather than after starting.

Our Mission

To deliver flooring that performs for its full expected life - through correct specification, uncompromising surface preparation, and skilled in-house installation - so that our clients spend their budget once rather than repeatedly.

Our Vision

To be recognised as Bangladesh's most trusted resin flooring specialist: the contractor that industrial, commercial and residential clients call first because the work has always been done properly.

How we operate

What we hold ourselves to

Preparation over shortcuts

Most floor failures start underneath the coating. We mechanically prepare and test every substrate, even when it adds time to the programme.

Honest specification

We recommend the system your conditions actually require - including a less expensive one where that is genuinely the right answer.

Our own applicators

Installation is carried out by trained in-house teams, so quality does not vary with whoever happened to be available that week.

Finishing what we start

Agreed programmes are met, sites are left clean, and we respond if something needs attention after handover.

Why choose us

Six reasons clients come back

Correct surface preparation

Diamond grinding or shot blasting, crack repair and moisture testing on every project - the groundwork that decides whether a floor lasts.

In-house installation teams

Trained applicators employed by us, not subcontracted crews, so workmanship stays consistent from the first project to the hundredth.

Written warranty

Every completed floor is handed over with a written warranty covering workmanship and material defects under normal use.

Quality materials

Industrial-grade resin systems selected for the conditions of your site rather than for the lowest possible tender price.

Programmes that are met

Phased, overnight and weekend working so that installation fits around your operation instead of interrupting it.

Support after handover

Maintenance guidance on completion, and a team that answers the phone if you need us once the job is finished.

Our process

Five stages, every project

01

Site visit & assessment

We inspect the existing floor, test for moisture, and discuss how the space is used and what it needs to withstand.

02

Specification & quotation

You receive a written quotation with the system, build-up and scope itemised, so you can see exactly what is included.

03

Surface preparation

Mechanical grinding or shot blasting, followed by repair of cracks, joints and any spalled areas of the slab.

04

Installation

Primer, body coats and topcoat applied by our own teams, working to the agreed phasing and programme.

05

Handover & warranty

Final inspection with you, maintenance guidance, and the written warranty documentation issued.
